I looked over at the bar, saw my box of straight pins and was reminded of this weekend when I was sorry, for only a moment that I had gone to graduate school – school at all really. If I sat at my sewing machine for one hour this weekend, I sat there ten. I was in heaven – I learned new limits, or rather lack thereof, of my talent to “make threads meet”, stitch by stitch – it was love. I am almost done with my nephew’s baby bedding – there will be more sewing.
(Jude's diaper stacker)
My teeth are bound to fall out of my mouth any minute – my trip to the orthodontist yesterday was a bit much – a power chain, stainless steel wires, and rubber bands - milkshakes so far for breakfast and lunch – the menu for dinner is looking similar. It’s 5pm and I notice that Greer has just fallen asleep in my bed – looks like I’ll be stumbling to the coffee pot again this evening yet this time, I'll be reviewing the 1,000 things I should have done today.
Any Questions?
