Peace Out 2010

For the first time in at least 2 years I saw the clock roll from 11:59 to 12:00am – it’s a new year – and a new decade. As I look back on 2010, I look forward to 2011 – so much on the horizon. One of my favorite things about a new year is the clear and clean calendar I put in my purse – 365 blank squares await my black pen – ohhhh the potential, possibilities, and promises (and smudges and smears).


Resolutions are not my “thing” – what’s the point? We can resolve to do anything at any time – we just have to make up our minds – and then actually follow through. So many people forget about the whole “follow through” part! I think changes, the kind worth keeping, take time, effort, and planning – and are never without a lot of praying. It’s never too soon or too late!

Jackson is finishing his Christmas break in Dallas with Momma and Mike while Mark will return to work, I will continue to work, and Greer… of course, will continue to be Greer. Christmas was wonderful! I could never have too much time with my family and friends; they are the food for my soul.
